Machine Stretch Film – CAST CO-EX 250S-ULTRA+

Cast Co-Extruded Machine Stretch Film is a LLDPE stretch film available in thickness ranges from from 15 to 50µ with a guaranteed pre-stretch of 250%. Its prime use is for Semi Automated and Fully Automated Stretch Machines with high pre-stretch capability, it is recommended for rotating arm, rotary ring and turntable machines which apply a high degree of stretch or for loads with awkward dimensions. It is particularly recommended for irregular loads with sharp edges. On request, it is also available in a range of colours with anti-UV additives for 6 or 12 months and with printing up to 3 colours depending on volumes.

Machine Stretch Film – CAST CO-EX 280S-ULTRA SUPER

280S-ULTRA SUPER shares similar wrapping characteristic as the 250S-ULTRA+ except it is capable of a stretch with a minimum of 280% elongation to beyond 300%. This film has a very special raw material base and is designed for the most extreme wrapping applications where only the best will do.

Hand Applied Manual Stretch Film – CAST / BLOWN CO-EX 120S-ULTRA

120S-ULTRA is a hand applied film that enables the operator to wrap their pallets safely and securely at the lowest possible cost. This film is available from 12mu to 35mu and incorporates our HY1, HY2 and HY3 range with high stretch and puncture resistance resins, ensuring improved yield delivering the lowest cost to wrap a pallet possible from a conventional film product. It is capable of up to 120% elongation with lowest possible necking down in stretch. Available in Standard Core or Extended Core format.

Hand Applied Manual/Machine Pre-Programmed Stretch Film – BLOWN ORBITA-LITE
